  366. the Network SysOps will be advised of the suggestion and  be
  367. asked if  they would carry such a conference.  If a majority
  368. will carry the conference,  guidelines  will be established and
  369. the conference   will   be installed.   When you make your
  370. suggestion, please also  indicate  if  you would be willing to
  371. serve as the Host(ess) for this conference.
